You can resize the photo afterwards. Select the photo in the gallery then Edit then Resize. 1600 x 1200 is about 2mb and 1280 x 960 is a bit over 1mb. Ish.

I have an AT&T HTC Tilt 8925 that's not activated but I use the wifi wherever it's available, at home, at McDonalds, Motel 6, etc. I absolutely love this phone for wifi access. It has a good sized screen (2.8"), can scroll using wheel on the left side, thin bar on the screen (using fingernail)...

Nonsense. Android only has three main resolutions; Windows Mobile has 17 official resolutions. Android display resolutions are not even specified in coordinates like 320x480 or 800x480. Android apps declare resolution support in broad terms like Low Density, Medium Density and High Density...

Now that I look at Mike2k4's sig. I realize that they took off the 'Web. Now made by hand' part on the feature bar on the N97.

I'm not too worried about the lack of 3D hardware. From what I've seen with recent videos of the N97, they have it running incredibly smooth. Even I didn't expect transitions for the screen rotation but if you keep up with the designer's video blog and watch him using it, there is a pretty cool...

Yes, iSMS will work and that's the one I prefer out of them all if threaded SMS is your thing. Also available is ThreadSMS and Conversations, but neither of those seemed solid enough to use regularly.

As an n810 user, that is my least favorite thing about it. I'm sure the angle of the N97 will annoy me just as much, though..unless it happens to be just perfect for me. :eek:

Grey one was initially shipping alongside a white E71-1. White E71-2 was a bit late. Hopefully N97 will be launched in NAM in both colours simultaneously.
