    RealPlayer & Flash 10?

    The button "Download this Video" has failed to show up after I update my computer to Flash 10. Is there any compatibility issue between RealPlayer & Flash 10? FYI, I use: Win XP SP3, Google Chrome 5.0.375.99, Flash Player 10.1. Only the last one was changed.

    Is this a good deal on a used Honda Civic?

    I'm looking into buying a 1986 Honda Civic (in Ontario, Canada). They are asking $600. It has 240000 km... I looked at it today - the engine doesn't look very well maintained but it seems to run fine and it has passed the safety inspection. Does this sound like an alright deal???
