I'm getting a gym membership for the month of June. I really need to lose 30 lbs. I'm planning on going everyday for 2hrs. Its just until I lose these 30 lbs, then I'll go every other day. And I'm also going to eat healthy of course.
So how do I fill those two hours? Elliptical? Treadmill...
