    If u have a a smartphone on att and switch to a basic phone, do you still have to pay original ETF?

    smartphone etf is 320 a basic phone would be 150? just wondering ived been thinking of switching to a basic phone just to save money, would i still need a data plan? thinking of canceling if i have to still keep data plan.
