    so if i do a set of weight exercises a day, would I get any benefit?

    Ok I dunt want the answers about going to the gym and training harder etc. But if I did like a set of 1 x 10reps shoulder presses everyday, over a year etc, would I get some benefit?

    if you lock your bike up in an area thats full of people, does that deter bike thiefs?

    I mean like in front of the library or where lots of people will be coming and going? and ofcourse using 2 locks - a U and a cable.
