if i do this 5 days a week for one month?
i dont want extremely skinny legs, i just want to get my legs toned so they look good when i wear jeans. I'm naturally skinny i just have big thighs.

so i want to tone my arms,legs(especially thighs), and stomach
any ideas of what exercises or equipment i should use?
oh and im only going to get to go for 2 months, so and exercise plan that'll be effective within 2 months.
