    Because the cell phone is for when there is an emergency. They don't want you to use it all the time.

    Apparently adults think TEXTING while riding bikes is funny?

    I almost fell! Would you laugh at me if you saw me texting while riding my bike in the street? POLL: Frosted Flakes or Lucky Charms? haha I have one of those full keyboard phones. And I wasn't riding my bike very fast lol.
