    Can I return my Ipod Touch 3g and get the new 4g ipod touch?

    Ok So my parents bought me and Ipod touch 3g for christmas in 2009 so i was wonder if i could return my ipod to best buy and use the money for that to pay for the new ipod touch 4g .
