    I have been told by the doctor i am very highly functioning?

    I was under the mental health team, and in one of my review meetings he told me i was a very highly functioning individual. I dont really know what it means. Anyone have an idea? I am no longer under the MH team as im well controlled by my medication, i dont need reviews as have found medication...
