    I would expect 90 days to 3 years. It depends on the actual charges, prior convictions and the judge.

    Every judge is different. It is possible to get jail time, but unlikely. Good luck

    probation, drug testing?

    The office of probation will be in contact with you when an officer is assigned your case, they will give you all the relevant Information on testing at that time.... Until then be good and no drugs.
