    I've read the super injunctions against a top footballer are about to be canceled, leading to the final unmasking of whatever has been going on. What a stupid concept, allowing a privacy law to be created which can only be accessed via expensive high court injunctions.

    Mary Bale's antics have cost her about £1400 - is that enough? with a fine + costs, she has had to pay out a fair sum. I think that is sufficient punishment, I think common sense has prevailed, I wondered if she would get 8 months in jail or something mad.
