    I'm getting a new phone, and Its going to be a HTC of some sort but which is the best to get? So far I've heard the Hero is good but that's about all.

    Getting out of a mobile phone contract?

    If the phone keeps breaking and is constantly needing to be taken back to the store for replacement is this grounds for you to ask to have out of the contract? As you are not being given what is promised.

    Do all speed cameras flash?

    Do all stationary speed cameras flash if you break the speed limit? If not, do most flash? Not sure exactly what cameras they are, just the standard yellow box on a pole. I'm in the UK
