Almost all the time I dance (Ballet&Mordern) I will get blisters on my toes and the balls of my feet due to a lot of friction. Is there a way to cure it? or at least make it less painful or something? It's kind of a distraction when I dance. (currently wearing demi-pointes and pointe shoes)...

What is an ideal leotard for a ballet dancer to dance with maximum comfort and flexibility? Please describe. Pictures can help too. Thanks.
