    Can I wax my car after it rains if I already washed and polished it prior to the rain?

    I own a black 2007 BMW 328i. I washed and polished it, but then it started to rain. I was hoping I could wait for the rain to dry up and wax it the next day, but I am not sure if that is recommended.
