    I can't sleep more than 2 hours when I changed my diet and started exercising?

    I used to sleep good 5 to 6 hours, now I can only sleep 1 to 2 hours. It started when I tried to lose the last 10 lbs that I've been trying to lose for so many years now. I changed my diet to no carbs, strictly meat, veggies, fruits, nuts, caffeine free tea and water. I don't drink milk...
