    I have an ipod which is too heavy for my trackpants and i want something light and less than 50 bucks.

    which is better to cook a fish (fillet)--baked or through pan?

    Baking is easier but pan frying is better tasting. Panfrying is easy if you follow three things 1. Do not turn your fish more than once 2. move fish with two spatula/spoon 3. Keep the fish moist after it is half cooked, the trick is, pour some sauce on the sides when the fish is almost half done.
