All of them. Jefferson complained about Madison's criticism. Adams signed the Sedition Acts (making it a crime to insult the President). All Presidents have been unpopular with the opposition, and all of them have complained about it. What's old is new again. Try a different tack.

Enlighten us, please. American courts are already unified. Local courts look to circuit courts for guidance. Circuit courts look to State Supreme Courts, Appellate Courts, etc. All US courts are interwoven. How would they be unified, without removing the powers of the state legislatures?
