I have a blackberry phone and the time is 1 hour behind. I am not a very technology / phone / technical sort of person and have tried to re - set the time myself, but got really lost. Please can someone give me a step - by - step instructions on how to do this? E.g: Step 1: Go to main menu, etc...

its not the guys fault, that was a stupid answer. The reason that is is because if it hits your cervix and knock it out of place it will cause a pain. It could also be that you were about to start your period.
