Was just wondering what is the cause for people to leave their beloved bikes chained to posts, benches, railings, etc. Is it cos when they returned to their bike someone had stolen the seat, or wheel or something and so they decided to just simply leave the rest of it to rot in the sun? It...

I am trying to by a bicycle online and havent ridden one for a while so dont know my size. How do i work it out?
