Hi, I have a huge huge problem.. I can't finish art. I used to be able to commit to a picture, finish it, be proud. But for three long, gruesome years, I haven't been able to finish a single peice. All I have to show of my "creative side" is half colored sketches. This is a HUGE problem...

Erm, I'm not quite where my software is for adobe photoshop, so I can't reinstall it right now. What happened was is it was lagging like crazy, so I restarted my computer... and it wouldn't open up at all! It's just giving me a "This Program is Not Responding" Error... I restarted a second...
