when i had the free upgrade i didnt use it cuz i bought another phone off ebay that i liked and now its broken (the OK button doesnt work and it does stuff on its own). what can i do? is there anyway i can use the free upgrade now cuz i didnt use it when i had the chance? help!!:O

i wanted to get this phone but i wasnt sure if it was good. are there any other phones like this that are good too?
