I was born premature with under developed lungs, which led to my having asthma. As long as I can remember I have not had an attack, I've never been limited to anything because of my asthma. It has never held me back. I am 17 now, but I plan on waiting another year to prepare myself physically...
I really need to get my legs stronger. When I run, it's not so much my lungs feeling bad as my legs. Often when I'm running my legs feel like they're abou to fall off, just cuz I never exercise them. Would cycling help me build leg strength on top of running? I also have a jump rope if that...
