Today I only had some breakfast and soon after I started feeling nauseous. I continued to feel nauseous throughout the day and now it's night time and I still do. Could this be because I haven't eaten anything? I'm also a bit shaky. I'm too nauseous to eat, I don't want it to make me throw up!
