    when I write a cricket prl it doesnt work properly

    I am having the EXACT same problem the first post mentioned. I have loaded a couple of PRL'S and upon dialing 611 I get that my carrier service is not participating in home customer service or something along those lines. I have an unlocked Samsung Instinct, and I am not familiar with this...
