I'm sure she'll be fine, dogs were meant to meant to eat meat anyway. I feed my dog raw fish quite often, although they usually aren't alive. In fact, that's all I feed my dog is raw meat and raw bones. Beef, chicken, lamb, turkey, whatever I can get my hands on.
