    What are the rules and regulations required so i stay within the law? A car boot sale is a market, where general public can sell their unwanted items, named a car boot sale as the items used to be sold out of the back of the car boot to save using tables!

    I have a private licence plate for my car, i have bought a new car and i want to transfer my private licence plate to it, i have the log book which is i the previous keepers name and i also have the mot certificate, what else do i need and what is the procedure?
