I have a 87 supra and it is giving me problems but runs and it is auto should I trade it for a rx7 I mean the supra 7m engine pushes 190hp and the rx is 160hp but is a 5speed and also my transmission is sliping and both are non turboed

Many young players who after a few season will get very good overall, do only have like 2 stars in skill moves or so, and that's not very helpful if you like me enjoy a lot of dribbling. So can they get better during manager mode?
