How can i set a border for an image? The image is in an html file, I want to set the border in the CSS file. Also does anyone know how to make the picture go the center? its on the left for some reason. The margin doesnt work. Text-align:center works but I'm not sure if its the right way to do it.

Ideally is it better to add a photo in html or in the external css document? The photo will only appear on this specific html page (not sure if this makes a difference) I know that html should be markup and all presentation should be css so is the image markup or presentation?
