i put led bulbs in my taillight's on my s10. and when i turn my turn signal on it blinks fast like it detects a blow en out bulb but i don't have a blow en bulb. why does it do this. i like it when it blinks fast. but is it illegal for a turn signal to blink fast? cause from a distance it looks...

Okay i got a on board dianostics check on my truck today. and the code P0178 came up which it is saying "Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Low Input". What does this do? what is it? what can i do to fix it?? help please. can this mess my truck up. hope not
