    What do I do with used needles when my sharps container is full?

    I live in Maryland Where do I dispose of them? Drop off center or anything like that? I can't just throw the full container in the garbage, right? Is there a list of places I can take it to empty it?

    I want to go to Europe this summer.. England, France, Germany, some others.. I live in the US and have never been out of the country. I also don't have a bike right now, what kind would be good?
