I've just had delivered this morning a PAL version of the Panasonic Lumix TZ10 digital camera. I live in the UK, and I think this is a Japanese import. Do I need to be concerned about this, or will everything work just fine? Also, what's the difference between PAL & NTSC?

I’m strongly considering purchasing the Panasonic Lumix TZ10 (ZS7 in North America) but before I do can someone tell me if it’s possible to attach an ND filter to the lens? (To help with slow shutter photography) Thanks
