If we knew a sure fire way of creating a bestseller, don't you think we would have used it ourselves?

I've found two. $251 USD for a used one, and 449 pound sterling for a New one. what the hell? surly a book thats only a few years old can't have gotten that rare that quickly could it?

I'm about to start a distance education course for the above and just wondering if anyone has done one. The website says a maximum of 5 years and that each unit takes about 60 hours. But a week per subject seems a little quick for a diploma. I'm from Australia btw. Thanks in advance.
