because .... there is good value for the certificates ...... unluckly or luckly if u get a job n u need increment in the salary .... it will be done accordin to the certificats...n even the promotions ..... if thr is another staff in ur same office who joined at the same time ... he will first...

i go to start-settings-control panel and the bluetooth icon and when i try to add a new device it says that there's no one. it doesn't work with any devices and they are all okay. i turned on bluetooth on this laptop when i first got it and im 100% shure that in works. what u do to turn it on?
