In order to get financial aid for the summer you need to enroll in 9hrs. Does this mean that for summer I you have to enroll in 9hr and summer II you have to enroll in 9 hr or does it mean 9hours total for summer? I'm planning to enroll in 11 hours for Summer II.

so I can't understand this joke at all .. he says he sees a sign "Watch for Children" then he says "that sounds like a fair trade especially if they're bad kids" i don't get this joke.
