As far as I know, Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island is considered to be the premier culinary school in New England. There are probably other good culinary schools around the country, but I am unfamiliar with them. Check out their web site at the link.

are searchable? I have a World War I book that I want to scan and post on a website in pdf format. The book contains about 140 pages consisting of a combination of pictures and text. I'd like the text to be searchable so it can be found by google. I'm looking for suggestions as to how to do...
