    my Bluetooth stopped working .. help!!?

    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) this is the errer I get in device manager what should I do there is something wrong with ISATAP I think but how can I fix it ? Toshiba satallite A200-PSE0E
