    The headers themselves won't remove the catalytic converter. Where you will run into issues is in how you connect to the exhaust pipes and muffler system. Most catalytic converters are located near the muffler.

    i like them both-Mazda or Hyundai?

    I would suggest Hyundai. I have one and love it! It has over 50,000 miles on it and I've never had any serious trouble with it. Also, when the little motor that operates the power seat quit at 44,000 miles, when other manufacturer's would have said "pay up", Hyundai said no problem - fixed it...

    Before getting into the debate, say that you are willing to listen with an open mind - IF they are. They won't agree to that, and the debate will never occur. If it does occur, simply listen carefully to what they say and talk common sense.
