    auto tag renewal. Annual inspection sticker?

    I'm currently house sitting in new york but I reside in Tn.One of my car's license expires this month (january of this year also the car is up here with me in NY) Is there a way I can get the car inspected here in NY, send it to Tennessee and they would send me a new sticker?     1996 c280 with an inline six.replaced with new throttle actuator/EA still

    the car idles around 12-1400 rpm? I have a 1996 mercedes c280 with 115,000 miles.I just replaced the throttle actuator or dealers call it EA (electronic accelerator).The car still idles the same as before. Idles around 12-1,500 rpms.any ideas?
