I tried going on pc suite and clicking "connect phone" I plug in my phone and then it doesn't do anything-I've got it set on pc suite on my phone and everything. When I try to go on my computer there were two icons that used to say "phone memory" and "memory card" now there's just one saying...

All of a sudden my phone wouldn't start up today so I took the memory card out and that got my phone to start working, I put it back in and my phones working fine but the shortcuts bar's just gone and I can't get it back up, I've tried going through the settings and everything but its not coming...

I can't decide I've seen reviews on them both but I still can't pick what are some of your views on the two phones?
