    89, toyota corolla, my lights went dim, wouldn't start...?

    Either the battery is going dead or the alternator is getting ready to go, get it stared and unhook the negative battery cable, if it dies it's the alternator, if not its the battery.

    the front axle is getting ready to break, had a subaru do the same thing.
