    If a treaty's rules violate the Constitution, should we follow them anyways?

    No. No treaty or law that violates the constitution is legitimate. That being said, such treaties or laws may be enforced by the state even if it is not legitimate. This is why the people need to wake up and put the Federal Government back into it's place before it is too late.
