    Open Computer. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\. Scroll down and open the Macromed directory. Open the Flash directory. But you won't be able to open it, it's not a standalone player. It's a plug-in and a activeX.

    Not all CDs are erasable. The CD that you are using is not erasable. That's why that option is not there.
