I have a nokia 6700 classic which i new and when i call someone i do not get a dial tone or i cannot hear their voice. However when i put it on speaker it is fine. What is wrong? I swapped to this phone because my 5800 wasn't working. I have tried to update an I have tried a reset.

I have a nokia 5800 comes with music phone. The license for the comes with music expires in August 2010. I have not changed my device ever and only yesterday i was downloading music, however today it is telling me that this is not your registered device. Why is this? Many thanks in advance
