...it. Is it safe to use? I bought an acid perm that is for use on hair that used 30-40 volume developer. I think we may have used 20 volume when I bleached my hair. Is it still safe to use or should I return it and get the 20 volume perm?

I enrolled in an International Beauty School to learn cosmetology. It is around $23,000. I can only go if I can get financial aid and help to pay for it. The school helps you apply for pell grans but other than that, that is it. Where can I get other grants to help? Any information is appreciated.
