A pretty simple question. Once an app is deleted does it or it's creator still retain any of the permissions or rights allowed when I first installed the app at all? Or does it simply leave me alone until I next choose to install the app. Thanks guys.

I'm planning to sell my boost mobile phone (sanyo incognito) on eBay. My question is how do I setup the phone to allow the new user the ability to assign a number. I realize I would probably need to deactivate my account / number somehow. But I can't seem to find how how to go about doing...
