the wire isnt connected to the aux terminal,,,take out and look the aux cable is not connected

its ,weak battery or bad battery cables or cable ends or might be as simple as just loose cable ends on the battery post,,check your connections if they move with your hand than they are to loose take an adjustable wrench or plyers and tighten the nuts.bolts on the battery terminals ,,should...
