I have completed bachelors of busines (econ) already with high grades (gpa 6.85/7.0). Didn't get a job..guessing i have little marketability. Which program should i do for a consultant job?

I've complete a bachelor of business (econ major) with good grades. I realized i dont actually have a technical skill of use in the private sector. i want to become a business analyst/consultant, looking at process improvement. Would an IT degree help?
