    Not able to hear audio from a video text on the Nokia Nuron 5230?

    I was sent a video text that has someone talking and while the video plays, the audio doesn't seem to play. I know that this phone is able to send video texts with audio and I know the video sent to me has audio, but for some reason it won't play the audio on my phone. Any ideas on how to fix it?
