I am looking to buy a GSM based cellphone. At&t has ETF at $320 and T-mobile at $200. If I cancel the contract, will they charge me more since I bought from a 3rd party like amazon? Amazon has lower rates then the carriers (but they add up more in bills!) What will be the cheapest option?
