    Can cycling/stationary bike help get your legs thinner, skinnier, and toned?

    i am also dieting, but have you ever gotten thinner legs wit low resistance on a stationary bike, is it possible? i eat healthy and do about 40 min on the bike everyday burning 400 cal

    Why does my heart hurt from time to time? It pinches and sharp pain. also

    shortage of breath? i also feel like passing out sometimes and the pain gets worse sometimes like really sharp and i cant get a good breath. Yesterday it got so worse that an ambulance had to come to my job to get me n i was on oxygen and took xrays etc. but the doctor said its just The muscles...

    If i want to lose weight...what is better walking on the treadil, or doing the bike ?

    with the tredmil i burn 230 cals in 30 min but with the bike i burn 300. idk which is better ? i want to lose some weight. especially legs
